If you order during the presale, your order is scheduled to ship on October 1, 2026.

The presale runs until September 20, 2026, so this is a pre-order, your blanket won't ship immediately after checkout. Once your order ships, we'll send you an order confirmation so you can keep an eye on its journey!

Orders begin shipping on October 1, 2026. Your exact delivery date depends on your location and the shipping service used, in the USA region, expect 7-9 days local delivery, for EU region, expect 4-12 days across EU.

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive tracking information with the latest delivery updates, so you can order confidently!

We currently ship to the United States and the European Union.

If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not shipping there just yet. We're keeping things focused for this launch so we can get your blanket to you properly.

We are NOT a drop shipping company (and we are proud of that!) Your Happy Cuddly blanket is shipped locally, rather than being sent halfway around the world to reach you.

Yep. Once your order has shipped, we'll email you your tracking information so you can follow your blanket all the way to your door.

Sometimes packages take a little longer than expected once they're with the carrier.

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears to be stuck, get in touch with us at hello@happycuddly.com and we'll help you figure it out.

If your blanket or package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll take a look and help make it right.
